Invoice App

What it does

Invoice App is coming soon. It creates invoices, emails them to your clients, and sends reminders at 3, 10 and 21 days past due.

You set up each client once: billing contact, rate and payment terms. An invoice can be created on a monthly schedule or the moment a job is marked complete, and it is emailed to the client's billing contact.

If an invoice is still unpaid after its due date, the app sends a friendly reminder at 3 days past due, a firmer one at 10 days, and a final notice at 21 days. Each reminder goes out once, and reminders stop when the invoice is marked paid.

You can export a paid, pending and overdue report at any time.
