Refund App handles returns without back-and-forth emails. Customers submit a request on a simple portal.

The app checks it against your return window, your list of non-returnable items, and the amount you are happy to approve automatically. It then approves or denies the request.

Approved returns get a return label and your accounts payable team is notified. The app never touches money itself.
