What it does

Waitlist VIP App is a waitlist for businesses that need to seat some guests first. Every check-in carries a tier: standard, priority or VIP.

Guests are placed in the line by tier, and your staff see the order on a simple dashboard.

It is separate from Queue App, which treats everyone equally.

Starts when: A guest checks in and is given a standard, priority or VIP tier.
What it does: Places them in the line by tier so priority guests are seated first.
Who gets it: Your staff, who see the order.
